- Customized or personalized products
2. Return Process
To start a return:

- If approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label (in eligible cases).
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

6. Return Shipping Costs
- Returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items → eBuye covers shipping.
- Returns for other reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered) → Customer pays return shipping.
